VR Vision Inc. Liability Waiver

Agreement to Loan Equipment from VR Vision Inc. Release of Liability

I am borrowing the following equipment (the “Equipment”) from VR Vision Inc., an Immersive Technology Company,

Equipment: Oculus Quest 2 w/ Headstrap, Carrying Case, Accessories Value: USD 1,500

The rental period for (“the Equipment”) is to be defined during next steps negotiations with client and vendor.

I understand that it is my full responsibility to secure the equipment and maintain its good condition at all times. It
is also my full responsibility to return (the “Equipment”) to the same location / address at the end of my rental period unless
otherwise agreed by both parties. I agree to return (the “Equipment”) to VR Vision Inc. in the same condition that it was in on
the day I received it, normal wear and tear expected.

I understand that there is no charge for the rental of the Equipment. However, in the event that (the “Equipment”) is
lost or destroyed during my loan period, I agree to replace (the “Equipment”) at my own expense. Also, if (the “Equipment”) is
damaged during my rental period, I agree to have (the “Equipment”) fixed or replaced. If I do not repair or replace (the
“Equipment”) within 30 days after my rental period, I authorize VR Vision Inc. to charge my credit card, as described below. My
credit card is not authorized for any other purpose.

I understand that VR Vision Inc. is not liable for any damage that (the “Equipment”) may cause. I am solely
responsible for any damage cost.

I HEREBY RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS VR VISION INC., AND ANY OF
ITS EMPLOYEES, ETC., REPRESENTING OR RELATED TO VR VISION INC., FOR ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR
POSSESSION OF (THE “EQUIPMENT”). THIS RELEASE IS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURIES (INCLUDING
DEATH) AND PROPERTY LOSSES OR DAMAGE OCCASIONED BY, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE POSSESSION OR USE OF (THE
“EQUIPMENT”).
