Great-West Life is a leader in the group retirement marketplace in Canada. They serve employers of all sizes by providing group retirement and savings plans for their employees.

Brief

Great-West Life was exploring new ways to enhance their executive team experience by delivering emerging experiential content to their annual Digital Expo. Historically companies that participated have been leading service providers for Great-West Life such as Microsoft, Apple, Twitter, Linkedin and SAP. Although innovative they have lacked entertainment in their sector.

Technology & Services

VR Vision provided three high end HTC Vive Systems setup for full room scale. The activation was 3 hours long. VR staff consisted of; three hosts, one product support specialist and a manager. The content utilized was VR Regatta, Google Earth, The Body VR, Nature Treks VR.

Result

For the majority of the The Great-West life team, consisting of over 200 SVP level directors this was their first foray into VR. Guests responded incredibly positively to the content delivered. The organizing staff & guests expressed that the experience was extremely immersive and entertaining but also eye opening in terms of potential business applications.
